MANORLEIGH RESIDENTIAL HOME puts the resident at the core of everything we do by treating them with dignity, respect and supporting individuals to reach their full potential.

We encourage feedback both from the residents themselves as well as their loved ones so that we can provide the best services possible to make their stay with us more enjoyable.

As a result, residents feel they are able to manage and discuss their care openly and their concerns be heard and addressed by one of our exceptionally proficient team.

These services are provided by collaborating with our highly skilled health and social care professionals. Each member of the team has undergone and continues to undergo, extensive training and experience to ensure peace of mind with loved ones.

Each member of our team has undertaken enhanced DSB checks to ensure that they are able to deliver care to those who are considered as vulnerable and of course, our more mature residents aged 50+.

The service is well equipped to anticipate the needs and support individuals may have regarding personal care including but not limited to:-

• Bathing,

• Shaving,

• Assistance to access the bathroom/W.C etc. 

(we do offer alternative tailored assistance based on the individual themselves. Please get in touch with a member of staff to explore this option).

We believe in promoting individuals independence by:

• assisting individuals with daily chosen routines,

• tasks and activities, rewarded incentives

• Referrals to healthcare and/or social care professionals when required & helping to advocate this

• Assisting individuals to access the community

• Preparing meals and drinks with an individual's involvement and assistance

• Assisting individuals with mobility needs such as wheelchair use and walking frames etc.
